4 DAY: MARRAKECH ROUNDTRIP

DAY 1

MARRAKECH - AIT BEN HADDOU – DADES GORGES

Early departure from Marrakech To start our 4 Day Tour From Marrakech To Merzouga Desert. Along the way, you can enjoy panoramic views over the Tizi-n'Tichka Pass (2260m above sea level), then follow the road to Ait Ben Haddou-a UNESCO World Heritage Site-through Berber villages. Arrive to Ait Ben Haddou for a visit and lunch. We continue our way through tracks to reach the palm of Skoura via Ouarzazate. Visit of the magnifique Kasbah of Amridil. Then, departure towards the valley of the roses, crossing Berber villages, then the gorges of Dades and Boumalne. Visit gorges where you will have the opportunity to meet the nomads with their flocks of goats. We spend the night at the hotel in the Dades Gorges.

DAY 2

DADES GORGES - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA

After breakfast we start the second day of our 4 Day Tour From Marrakech To Merzouga Desert, departure to the Todra Gorges, an hour walk in the Tinghir Valley. We take the road to Merzouga, through Tinjdad, Erfoud known for its famous fossilized marbles. We will then pass by Rissani ancient capital of Tafilalet and the origin of the ruling dynasty, then we head for the track to the desert of Merzouga. Arrived to the dunes, camel ride to get to the bivouac in the middle of Erg-Chebbi. We witness the fabulous sunset: tea with menth, dinner, lively evening under the rhythms of the local music. Night in the tent or In the "La Belle Etoile" Auberge.

DAY 3

MERZOUGA - RISSANI- DRAA VALLEY- OUARZAZATE

Departure in the morning To start the last day of our 4 Day Tour From Marrakech To Merzouga Desert on 4×4 direction to Rissani (cradle of the Alawite dynasty) crossing the huge mountain "Bougafer". Lunch at "N'kob" (first village of Draa). In the afternoon, we take the road of the thousand Kasbahs (by track to enjoy the views of the most beautiful part of the Draa Valley); arrived in Ouarzazate The "Moroccan Hollywod"(several famous films have been shot in its international studios) at the end of the day. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 4

OUARZAZATE – TAOURIRT KASBAH - MARRAKECH

After breakfast, departure to visit the city of Ouarzazate: "Kasbah Taourirt", Cinema Studios. Then we take the road through the village of "Merzgane" and the village "Ighrem". Lunch at "Tadarte", then we will continue the road to Marrakech crossing the Tizi-n'Tichka pass.
